he's been on mc for the pass 3 days, n today as expected, he's WFH.
and suddenly without verbal or black n white confirmation from me, he sent out the team attendance list, saying that i am on B shift.
so, i replied him saying that im on normal shift.
then, he who has no balls, called my colleague, the interim autho team lead for Henkel Support, to persuade me to work B shift for today n tomorrow.
F**K man... its Raya... this is totally stupid idea.
its a religious holiday, not some national day or what. is a RELIGIOUS day, u dont go poking people on this day..

yup... as i suspected
yeah.... i knew this gonna happen.. while me n me colelagues happily having raya, our 1 week holiday were cancelled off and each of us only allowed to have half day holidays for the rest of the week.
and then, there were issues of lacking manpower, and alllllllllllll of the team members have to be recruited and work on 1 sole client.. to serve and die for the client...
guess what? this week is deepavali festive holidays for some ppl... and for some ppl (2 of them) who last time said "WHY YOU GUYS HAVE 1 WEEK LEAVE??? U SHOULD KNOW YOU CANT HAVE THAT LONG. BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHER TEAM MEMBERS", had the guts to get the whole week off, 1 of them, the lead, just said "I might be coming in on wednesday". yup, its wednesday n hes not coming... and i bet he be WFH for the rest of the week my frend....
so this is the life of crap im having here, i dont care, im gonna take my 8 days leave and nobody's gonna stop me. its all paid n done. no turning back..
as i told my mom this morning on why im late to work, i said, "i dont care anymore, im not getting anything, and i just work to get things done". so that in the end, i will be under the radar... coz it is...

Why??????????
I currently maintain 2 cars, 1 is my black myvi of 3 years old. Another is my moms hand me down car of 29 year old charade g10 which i love dearly.
Yesterday, i learn da ugly truth of da "1malaysia" tagline. U wanna know da tagline? Google it!
Tengah recoverin from dehydration, me n my dad had to go puspakom due to insurance companies dont want to renew ours becoz our cars are over 15years. So we paid 50bucks to voluntarily get checked by puspakom.
Once done, da report hv to brought to da insurance to renew with a newer price increment of about 20%.
wtf man??? Dis is not helpin da rakyat!! Its ok for me coz i mampu. But for da rest of da people who r poorly income n doesnt hv newer better cars, its kesian! U want them to walk to get a better livin now? Ur makin their lives more miserable. Bunch of crap! Its goin to da gutters now, juz watch n dont b surprise if it happens.

An ex colleague of mine, not long ago, told dat dis year is not a good for those born in da year of da monkey. He himself is a monkey born fella. He had mc's n sick evrymonth n got pals of monkey borned ended up in hospitals too.
Technically,even tho im not born in 1980,but i was born juz before the chinese new year of da rooster!
Im not superstitious, but dis year is da most sickos i ever endured in a year to date.

Then, i had pneumonia which relly affected my health n im still on meds.

Letihhhhh.....
Im tired.
Im tired doin da same shitty thing handlin da same client shits n clearing it up which seems like a bottomless pit.
With this, i still hope there r compensations, renumerations or gratitude.
Im tired of handlin 2 cars n not enuf fundings on pimpin both of them to da extend of not to worry their bodykits n their innerworkings not up to par.
Im tired of having conflicts on different OSes, wish evrythin juz doin fine no matter if its a linux, mac or even windows.
I need a break, raya holidays wasnt enuf for me. I need time to chill....

Yesterday there was an earthquake sumwhere in Samoa. Today it was at Sumatera, tmrw? God only knows...
I was bz handlin a god forsaken ticket which da co's biggest kahuna pressed on to hv it done as usual, ASAP!!!! N while doin it dilligently, i was rockin to radiohead.then my colleague yelled to me "ko x rasa goyang ke?" of coz la goyang kan?im moving to da beat. N then it hit me, my stagnant body on da chair swayed by itself, demmmm.. Pening siot!
Then another colleague kacau me to join them leavin da office. I simply shouted, i"ll die doin dis job for da clients,, haha knowing da bosses r there, they laughed hearin dat.

Frust part 2
N then, da lead came up wif a stupiid idea that we all know da big guy will step in to save.yeah its obvious here wif da ethnic thingy which sux n not professional at all.
So in da end, having a holiday for a full day for the entire week is being cut into only half a day for each day. I hope promises for compensation will stick, if not it will be hell.
Furthermore i hate it for them to ass lickin da owners.coz ur not gonna solve da issues if u keep sayin they are always right without justifying da ends, u gonna b juz like a donkey, stupidly followin stupid orders n in the end, u juz point at us n blame us.
Another thing, its a pain in the ass when a total arse is acting smart ass n showin off he is better than u, cum on we all know ur the worst of da lot. Just shaddap will ya ? Nobody likes u anyway.
There, i have enough of letting out my steam. Sayonara...

RIP Rorschach
if u donno who is Rorschach is. this is him. yup da guy in watchmen.. finally i watch the movie... it was adapted from the same name of a comic series (i prefer to call it graphic novels, comics doesnt relly depicts the mindboggling and character depthness of the storylines)
so, back to the movie.. its a great movie for us fanboys of the series.. as it almost follows 100% of the stroyline, it changed the ending of the story & relly matched it against the current situation of the world, endless power supply. no more dependant on fossil fuels..
furthermore, this movie is clever on getting only the important bits from the series... so that wont misled newbies out of proportions... but... i must emphasize here... there are still people who hate the movie... u wanna know y? coz they never read the series, never learn wat the movie is about... its fXXked up meeting this kind of ppl.. sorry for the language. sick n tired man, they juz blindly watchin the movie without knowing wats its all about... haiyyya... tired la with this kind of ppl.
as this movie is depicted in a different scenario in the 80's timeline... its great hearing the 80's songs... relly moves us back to the old days (click here for the list of songs in the movie >>> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0409459/soundtrack). and in my head, the song "99 Luftballons" by Nena has been ringing in my head... ever since i watched the movie...
i suggest you to watch the blardey damn guud movie... see the antiheroes at work.... and see to it that, you have to do bad things juz for the benefits of the greater good. juz look at wars in this world, killing off each other to have peace... (hehe this is juz like the anime gundam 00) is being played on....

cosa nostra....
cosa nostra... it means "our thing" in italian... its related to the mafia...
for the past 3 nights, i have been watchin the Godfather movies part 1-3. i juz bought a boxset lastweek. finally i got to watch these best hit movies & indulge my curiosity in the mafiosi world..
if u juz watch it like any normal guy, the movie is juz a normal movie, nothing special.. but the way it has the characters & how they were potrayed, the music score, and the gruesome & unique world of the mafia family, corleone.. it does make this movie interesting..
it even hooked me on talking like the main Don, the father of this crime family.. Vito Corleone (played by marlon brando)... hehehe my sis got irritated by the way i talk to her juz like vito talks...
yup, i did this to irritate my sis..
hehe i even asked her to kiz my hand, as a sign of respect for the cosa nostra..

hahah she hated it...
i relly like those days, wearin the fedora hats.. no wonder i got a few of it now. hehe
n also in part 2, where the vito's children live in an estate, each siblings has their own house... hmmm dats a nice way to live, as the FAMILY.. hehe
anyway, as this movie were adapted from Mario Puzo's novels.. so it do has "kisah & tauladan". so the moral of the story only happens in the 3rd & final episode, once u r indulge in the mafia world... it surely will have bad blood. its like karma... every good deeds are gone unpunished, but all bad deeds surely be punished, severely...
i like part 2 more, as it shows hot vito & his son michael rise to power...

now i get it...
recently, i was handed a ticket by my TL. its a ticket normally done by the HQ ppl. not us in offshore...
so when i look into it, not much info can be gathered. so i sent a reply to the ticket requester, a normal standard reply. moments later, the HQ project lead sent an email to me acquiring the latest info of that ticket.. well, i just got the ticket & the requester haven't replied it.. so, assuming shes goin to update the requester, i juz fwd the info to her & gladly asked her to fwd it.. but wat do u know... i took the wrong step... NEVER ASK A HIGHER EXEC to pass the info, it pisses them off...
ok, point taken..
so days go by & the user finally replied, with same info in the ticket, but with pictures.. at least got pictures, pictures paint a thousand words i must say.
so, me & my senior did the investigations... and what we found out is exactly wat the error message explains...
as the requester & the Project Manager already hot over this, i called the requester to give him some advice..
what do u know, the requester picked up the fon with a grumpy voice & an replied all my questions snobbishly... heck, he's the client.. u have to juz hang in there...
so when i asked for more info & stuffs for him to do, it seems he doesnt know wat to do & not eager to help out.. OK la... so i juz informed him i be getting back to him once i further the investigations
thenn....... the next day comes.... bang!! the requester made a big fuss over it, saying dat wat i juz did is juz readin the error message... and wanted a discount for this support... all the bosses were fired up becoz of this...
luckily, my TL listened to my explanations & fwded it to the local manager & all the big guns... and the local manager simply put "GOOD ONE", which my TL said, thats da best good reply i can ever get...
and today, the Project Lead says she's understood the situation, and finally got the story straight, yup u gotta know the story from both sides...
but i just learned one thing valuable, its hard to get a gud natured person from the other side of the world, not being racists or wat, but its true... those guys alwiz think they are better of and likes to look down on us... heck man... we r juz da same & capable wif u guys.. but ok, I take this as a lesson for me... have to be more professional & more consultant-like thinking...

yup.. as u guess it, this movie is about skinheads.... but not like any other skins moviess, this as usual, my type of mv, indulge in human feelings n sorts...
a story about a kid without his father, during the brit-argentinian war, the falkland islands dispute..
the kid without his father, needs a role model. thus came in the skinhead guys... he look up into them, who knows no racial hatred & juz being teens who juz wanna do things their way...
but, u know dat skinheads history... alwiz a racial setback...
so, in the end... the kid happens to learn sum thing in life.. u cant relly rely on others for filling up empty spaces in life, u have to choose it carefully but somethings, which has roots that are "improper" will have bad consequences in the end...

hehe another fight movie... but it also indulges in human nature...
the movie is about this guy drops out of harvard due to his roommate having a stash of bong... well, gud kid goes punished & rich kid gets away.. yup thats life. cruel. simple.
so this drop out kid finally went to the UK to meet his sister... and from there he ends up being one of the football hooligans.. quite an eye opener, i din know dat hooligans hv a purpose in life... no wonder they are alwiz fights whenever the brits play football in anyplace in europe..
in the end, these hooligans made the man out of this drop out kid, and gave him sumthing to fight for. fight for your own right. don get bullied...
crows zero
just downloaded this movie few weeks back & watched it dozens of times.. surely love the part with the fighting scenes...
hehe i like bloody gory scenes with over the edge street fighting skills (i blame fight club for this)...
so this movie is like the prequel of the manga named, what else CROWS.
and ironically, the manga CROWS is a prequel to another manga, WORST.
and this year, a sequel to the movie Crows Zero is coming out.
ok ok back to this movie.. to sum it up, the main character of this movie played by Oguri Shun (the guy from Hana Kimi) juz transferred to the worst all boy school in Japan, where all the kids there fight each other to be the king of the hill of the school, Suzuran is the name of the school.
its quite fun watching this as it sumtimes depicts facts of life.. (hhee... boarding school alwiz got fights, and darn it... i used to have a hair juz like oguri in this mv)
can't wait for Crows Zero II.... watchin the trailer, it sure be another bloodbath.. huhu....

yup... another phrase from a movie & yup another human nature touchy movie... im getting on the movies with emotions lately...
for me, no wonder this movie won a lot of oscars.. it has a good story line, furthermore, it is good to have Brits producing & directing it, coz only brits can tell you with the itty gritty detail & with honesty too..
juz go & watch it, no point im promoting it or even sum up the movie.. it just get dirty if u know wat i mean.

who knows what happened to a baby boy who looks like an old guy going to die, who in the end died as lil baby but younger..much younger...
actually its just like normal human beings... when we grow old, we do end up like babies... i juz hope i dont die loosing my mind n all.. i don want to burden any of my family for the last remaining days of my life..
ok ok.. this movie did the mushy stuff on me... the sadness of things in life... but heck, i only cry in war movies!! but still, this movie is deep... mind the 3 hours, it doesnt feel that long if ur engrossed in it...
go watch it... sumtimes u juz need movies to fill your soul.. not your appetite for actions all the time.... go watch it guys...

new skills acquired
hmmm now it seems i only use my blog to express myself...
it seems that i have gained more experiences and more skilss in my new environment... it seems im the shit cleaner now... anytime im away on leave... sumone will become my backup.. as expected, nothing will be done.. except if my backup is my peers or the previous ticket handler... then i need not to worry.
but, if this guy takes up the helm as my backup... shits happens...
as if, i can replace what he is doing with a script program... that is the extend of his abilities...
to make matters worst, users are shouting, im the only guy to do it and my heart is gettin blacker now... yup... the i dont care anything about the impacts have risen up again... coz why? coz i m the shit scrubber... i scrub the shit off... heck man... i feel like shit now... sumtimes i feel dat he doesnt has any skills on this kind of job.. but wat to do.. hes there n im here.. juz pray hard i be better next time...
now i heard his getting the training which me n my bud shud be goin.. welll ok..... let him have it then... hv to look on the bright side... at least not need for me to add another bonding agreement...
yup... new outlook for the next calamity... dont care, so what & let me be...

hiatus
its been a long time since i wrote anything in my blog... i called it my own hiatus.. i realized that i only write whenever i feel frustrated. or even angry.
i have moved to a new company.. don wanna brag about it, eventhough im the newbie here.. i do have experiences in my line..
the thing is.. when you worked your ass off real hard.. ppl dont notice about it.. then you get frustrated and do the stuffs u do in a less happy way..
then shits happens.. people noticed about it.. u get blame.. flame or whatever... u tried to give ideas n all (this as what you have gained in working experiences)...
eventho it looks positive.. i doubt about it...
then it came to the picture... just do what u have to do... dont complain about it.. it wont do any good.. you complained, it shows ur not capable to do the stuffs...
