gonna be a little bit political

sorry, just need to have my own share of the world recent happenings. as you all know, there might be another war coming up in the gulf. this time britain & the states against iran. iran say's that they apprehend 15 british people who allegedly tresspassing iran's soil. and maybe part of the british army. SAS maybe? british gov denies the alelgations and demands their people to be freed or accept the consequences. damn. this is just a ploy to invade iran. and they said british are pulling out of the war in iraq as they dont want to involve in the war. yeah right, they are pulling out of iraq as nothing can be fought for anymore. its a barren land. so, they are just pulling out of iraq so that can put their guys into iran.

in islam, you have the right to stand guard for your family, belongings, country and religion. and this i think applies to almost all other beliefs or politics. so what iran is doing is correct. people are tresspassing and believe to be hostile. they should have the right to apprehend the 15 british people. so what blair is saying that what iran is doing is pretty bullshit. sorry for the foul word.

another thing, why wars keep coming and going?? well firstly, the brits and the states has a large stake in the warmonger's arsenal. they got profits from these WMD.. so if these stuffs just stay rotting in the dump, they are losing billions. rather than losing billions, might as well kill millions. irony isn't it?

another note, i've read somewhere about a muslim scholar who lives ages ago. he told that a certain government or tamadun will only last less than 5 generations.
the 1st generation is the most influential. they are the ones who fights for freedom and so on.
the 2nd gen, are the kids that felt the fightings. so they know how to appreciate freedom.
the 3rd gen, are the grandkids who listens to their fathers and fathers telling them how to appreciate the fight for freedom.
4th gen, just words and pics are for them to see and hear about fight for freedom.
5th gen, freedom costs nothing compare to money. thus, the tamadun or civilization crumbles at this point.
so what am i gettin here?? u see... the states are funding and involve in wars in every 10 years.. meaning, eventhough they are sacrificing their people in wars, they are actually educating and brainwashing them to appreciate the fight for freedom.eventhough its for other people's country. yeah "freedom" konon. so what are the states doing is actually brilliant. they are sustaining their own survival of their civilisation without anyone realised.

this is not a racist or religious statement. this is regarding names which i encounter in my daily assignments.. these guys simply put their 'mat saleh' name for the request they sent to me. the thing is, the user id is based on their full name in their IC.. haiyaa..... they put their english name in their email as well... wat da heck man... just put your full name laa... damn ashamed of your own name issit?? pelik la dis people.. im not complaining. just puttin my 2 cents la. and as the company im workin with is gettin hold of more n more countries... the basis team came up a funny way to create user id's.. adding number to the end of the user id. what da?? u think people are like robots? got numbering system is it? i dont blame them actually. blame the user themselves. they the ones who requested to put english name with surname only.. next time, just put full name laa...

korean serial softy

uwaa....... im stuck with the korean serial "Princess Hours"... the princess chick is cute la...can't say anythn much... my sis juz bought the whole series... i like this series better than those lovey dovey mushy korean serials such as winter sonata n others as princess hours is not that jiwang giler... and its kinda funny too... u guys should watch it too... is quite a good series with a little bit of sadness... once a korean told my sis, "korean guys are the sensitive type, thats why you can see korean guys cry in serials".. no wonder got a lot of mushy serials...anyway, this princess hours is hooked on me...darn....hehe

weekendss

been tooo busy to update anythng at all.here goes:
on the 17th last saturday, my parents, my sis & i went to istana budaya to watch the MPO perform beethoven's 9th symphony.. this symphony can be regarded as one of the famous symphony of all. especially the fourth ensemble. as the musicians and the choir presents the performance exactly like in da movies.. the whole theater applaused for the great performance and we were given an encore performance of da 4th ensemble.which is the best of all ensembles..

23rd..
on the evening of the 23rd, was the office annual dinner... it took place in Ciao. an italian restaurant next to the RHB... the food was ok... as a chicken lover... i relly dig the chicken..hehe..the dinner was spent with takin pics, lookin at ppl gettin wasted and of coz the fun n games... yours truly participated in a few and the team i was in won the first place... huhu.. got a 1gb thumbdrive as a reward.. the games i took part was : name the person on the other side quickly, paste the salotape on me and the best game of the night was : name dat theme song... now everyone in the office knows that i watched too much tv.. almost all the 80's show theme song was spotted by me... darn..... hehe...

yesterday..
yup, yesterday was my niece's aqiqah... my duty was: driver & photographer... objective of becoming as a driver is to take n send the makcik's of the marhaban team... mine team of 5 makcik was the best team out of the 3 cars that were chaufering them.. this is because i got the most cheerful makciks and i even participated in their conversation..hehe... one the most memorable conversation was about snake bite. here goes:

makcik a: kalo ular patuk kat kaki, kena ikat lutut tu. bagi darah tu tak naik atas
makcik b: kalo patuk kat lengan?
makcik a: ikat ler kat pangkal lengan tu.
makcik c: kalo patuk kat kepala??
makciks : ikat ler kat kepala ke tak pun kat leher terus...

yeah...the older u are gettin, the funnier you'll be...hehe...

naruto shippuden 1hour episode download should be up by now, so tonight gonna download the latest bleach, update the missing series of deathnote series, and download naruto... then watch everything back2back..muahahhaha

what's worst than dumb@$$ or smarter than a $mart@$$?? an @$$#oL3 laa!! sorry for the lewd words dudes... its part of releasing your negative energy... it has been a few days since i updated this misadventures of life.all due to the workload im having right now..just completed the plan for the workload. expected the go live for all the BU will be around july.. and a probability of 99% extending the date as another BU just came into the picture but hasn't yet finalise the revamp.. so maybe around late august or to be on the safe side by october everythings will be done. hopefully. okies... about the @$$3ol3 thingy. as usual, some people tend to listen when you ask them properly, some tend to do as you told with a higher pitch voice or stronger words. some, just plain stoopid. this long term project of mine is about restricting and restructuring of access.. well, during the initialization and testing, users already been told to test out and inform if got any discrepancies. got a problem, tell me. anything not related to me, ask the functional guys to help you out. but as usual, users commonly can be found with large heads and tiny brains.. the just say everything is ok in the email, and already tested everythin..yeah right, as if i didnt checked your logins.. blardeyy.... didnt test at all..fine, anything happens is your own fault la.. so once their access gone live, everythings not as they want. yeah laa... you guys didnt test out. so alot of problems.. and its not like a snap of a finger for everythin to be ok in a second. this is no magic trick la.its reality!! so this happens for a week, than when the second batch came up, samething happened. then, this one lowlife came out of nowhere, sent an email and cc-ed to every bigguns in the company. the content was harsh, he's scolding his own boss!! blardey bugga. but the thing is, he didnt test out the access in the test system properly...BODOH... digging your own grave.. so this thing became a big issue..his boss panic stricken, shouting to me for this mess. as if its all my fault.. well guys, you brought this onto yourself.. i remained calm. hish... turning green and losin my clothes is not the right thing to do, green is not my color...so anyway, at the moment the commotion is a bit mellow now, but it will be hot again for every monday to come.. bring it on bubba!! i'm ready for it!!

road trip

last weekend was the road trip for me n my family.. my mom n sis wanna buy some 'kain' for dresses they goin to wear for the upcoming weddings in the school holidays to come. so we all went to nilai square n nilai 3 to shop around.. wat i notice is dat, a certain 'kain' which the seller told us that it came from italy has a special brand name. the brand is this "lookin good bych"... ehehe... weird brand right?? i told this to my sis, without a doubt, who wanna wear a dress with that name on...eee.......hahahahaha

juz have to get this out of my chest.. here's a guy who is the biggest winer and sore loser ever in the history of football. ARSENE WENGER.. come on la bro, you talked big before the london derby, then after the derby, u talked about this & that. then, your team went down the drain for a few more games. alooo... rather then you shouting ur lungs out to everyone about the derby, focus on your team la. get your team together la.. ignore jose's comment. what he's doing is what us people here call "dia tgh psaiko ko". can't u get the vibes when jose did that to sir fergie?? ala... bengong la lu.. another thing, now you are going up against the FA officials??and tellin them the linesman lied??huhu... you really got the game goin ain't u? macam nak mati la lu..haha... i don't care shit about ARSEnal anyway... an english club with 99% of the players are foreigners... real english team eh?haha...

loque of butterfingers recently is in the papers again. this time is about the songs trancendence & epitome being 'ciplak' by their own label distributor (EMI) and the songs are now in Ella's new album.. come on la people, everyday you guys from the music conglomerate fighting on people downloading free mp3's over the internet. saying people who downloads mp3 are ripping off musicians money and are a disgrace to the community..well buddy, what you guys over in EMI are doing is exactly the same. STOOPID. no wonder some underground bands still want to stay put as indies... (carburetor is still an indie band). Below is the news i got it from Harian Metro.. EMI, watch your back buddy. Butterfans are the best fans ever in Malaysia. Our band of brothers are strong.. Just watch the previous sold out and packed giler gigs for the past few years.. Don't mess with butterfingers.. it'll get ugly.

Loque pertikai tindakan EMI guna ciptaannya tanpa kebenaran

KUALA LUMPUR: “EMI memang mempunyai hak terhadap penerbitan Epitome yang dirakamkan dalam album Tracendence pada 1999 dan terpulanglah pada mereka bagaimana cara yang digunakan untuk mengeksploitasikan lagu itu.
“Namun, EMI tidak mempunyai hak menggunakan lagu itu sesuka hati tanpa kebenaran saya sebagai komposer asal. Lagipun, saya pemegang hak milik asli lagu itu,” luah Loque dengan nada kecewa.
Loque atau nama sebenarnya Khairil Ridzwan Anuar, 30, meluahkan kekecewaan itu berikutan tindakan syarikat rakaman EMI Music Malaysia merakamkan semula lagu yang dipopularkan Butterfingers itu dalam album baru Ella berjudul Rama-Rama tanpa berbincang atau mendapatkan hak kebenaran daripadanya.
Lebih mengecewakan apabila EMI tidak memaklumkan bahawa Epitome dirakamkan semula menggunakan judul Sekilas Cinta bersama lirik baru hasil ciptaan Loloq dalam bahasa Melayu.
Malah, pemain gitar utama kumpulan Butterfingers itu turut menyelar sikap EMI yang memandang ringan perkara itu seolah-olah artis dan band rock tempatan seperti mereka tidak tahu apa-apa mengenai perkara yang berkaitan dengan harta intelek mahu pun isu hak cipta.
Dia yang sedang melanjutkan pengajian dalam bidang muzik di Kolej Berkeley, Boston, Amerika Syarikat meluahkan kekecewaan itu menerusi e-mel yang dihantar kepada Harian Metro.
“Saya terkejut sekali dimaklumkan perkara ini selepas Harian Metro memaparkan isu mengenai persamaan Sekilas Cinta dan Epitome.
“Saya turut mengambil inisiatif mendengar lagu (Sekilas Cinta) itu sendiri yang saya peroleh secara muat turun di Internet.
“Ternyata dakwaan EMI yang mengatakan susunan muzik itu diubah lebih daripada 50 peratus tidak benar sama sekali.
“Sesiapa pun yang mendengar Epitome dan Sekilas Cinta, pasti akan dapat mengesan bahawa lagu itu memang tidak jauh bezanya.
“Susunan muziknya sama, melodinya tidak berubah, gitar `line’ juga sama kecuali ada beberapa penambah baik yang dilakukan serba sedikit dalam lagu itu. Yang betul-betul diubah hanyalah liriknya,” katanya.
Menurut Loque lagi, dia juga tidak mengenali siapakah Hilman yang turut disertakan sebagai seorang komposer bagi lagu Sekilas Cinta itu selain dirinya sendiri sebagai pencipta asal lagu itu.
“Saya sendiri tidak tahu apakah gubahan semula yang dilakukannya ke atas lagu Sekilas Cinta itu.
“Kalau hanya setakat pada bunyi gamelan dilakukan secara `programming’ dan ditambah dua tiga lagi irama, bagi saya itu hanyalah sekadar satu improvisasi.
“Saya rasa ramai yang setuju dengan kenyataan saya ini. Lainlah kalau lagu itu dijadikan bossanova, keroncong, reggae mahu pun Melayu Deli, barulah ia dinamakan gubahan semula.
“Oleh itu, kewujudan Hilman itu saya anggap seolah-olah cuba menumpang nama saya. Ibarat kata pepatah, lembu punya susu, sapi dapat nama,” katanya.
Sungguhpun begitu, kata Loque, beliau tidak mahu menyalahkan Hilman, Loloq mahu pun Ella sendiri yang turut terbabit secara tidak langsung dengan rakaman semula lagu itu.
“Hakikatnya, saya meletakkan kesalahan ini ke atas EMI kerana saya langsung tidak tahu menahu mengenai perkara itu. Syarikat penerbitan saya juga tidak pernah memaklumkan perkara itu kepada saya.
“Namun, saya akui bahawa seorang rakan yang bertugas di belakang tabir industri muzik pernah memberitahu saya mengenai perkara ini.
“Waktu itu, pihak EMI sedang dalam usaha untuk menyiapkan rakaman lagu Epitome yang ditukar kepada Sekilas Cinta itu.
“Ketika kembali ke tanah air pada cuti musim sejuk tidak lama dulu, saya ada terserempak wakil pihak EMI di Studio King, namun, dia tidak langsung menyuarakan sepatah kata mengenai isu penggunaan semula lagu terbabit.
“Persoalannya, di manakah profesionalisme mereka sebagai syarikat rakaman antarabangsa dan antara pemain utama dalam industri muzik Malaysia?
“Adakah ini etika pekerja syarikat rakaman antarabangsa yang sudah lama membina nama di seluruh dunia?” katanya.
Loque juga bertegas, dia dan pihak Butterfingers tidak akan berdiam diri terhadap perkara yang mencemarkan hak mereka itu.
“Cuma sekarang kami sedang mengkaji mengenai langkah yang perlu diambil untuk menangani permasalahan. Jika perlu, kami akan mengambil tindakan undang-undang,” katanya.
