just read in the papers today.. our local health officials are proposing to the government on banning of fast food n junk foods adverts...man....there goes the days of adverts like "tora datang lagi!!!" or "mamee monster!!!" or even "ding dang!!!!"..sigh... missed da good old junkfood adverts when i was a kid... saw da advert on the tv. straight away went outside to wait for the aci on the bicycle to come. bought the junk food, throw away the food (coz its yuckie) and just took the mystery toy..hhahaha..thats the good old days...hehe
anyway, the health officials are doing this becoz it seems the kids today are too fatty and unhealthy...so to keep the citizens on a healthy diet, they are proposing of eliminating any sort of promo on the food stuffs..hmmmm maybe this will bring over healthy food adverts like "sup ayam kampung" or even like "salad supreme"..haha.... wondering if that will ever take place...
