lazy bum

its pisses people off when someone doing a lazy ass job and none to take ownsership or responsibility of rectifying it and then you are being thrown under the bus to make sure you deal with the problem and solve it. eventhough you're not the one who created the problem in the first place. this scenario clearly state the situation my colleagues just encountered.

it gets worst when everyone is blaming the thing to the small guy that just doing his work and did his work out of trust to his own peers. when you're involve in a go-live project (i prefer to say it go-die, as the atmosphere kinda killin you) the intensity of every work done have to be ontime and immediate. thus, you need some trust on other colleagues that what they did is perfectly correct and checked. well, nothing is perfect in this world. and with that, the little guy gets the blame.

all of this starts with lazyness, structures. none were strict enought to push this to the max in the early stages.

you are considered the pit of the food chain when a guy, who is a certified lazy bum calls you lazy. and it gets even worst when another lazy bum confirms you are lazy.
thats what this lazy bum agrees to. and sorry to say, the lazy ass that gets this special title is not one person, i think its the whole lazy ass team. and the 2 lazy bum who gave the title got stuck in the office to make sure those lazy asses finish their job.

so, our team are now having the darkest aura ever, sort of killing intentions.... luckily im on this team..hehe i've already learnnnnn the way of the dark side...
